The philosophy
MOC covers the major life skills that help young people succeed in their chosen vocation, their relationships, and the wider life they are building.
It brings motivation, goal-setting, self-belief, and purpose into the same conversation — with practical planning tools that make personal effectiveness easier to practise.
The result is not a promise of instant transformation. It is a stronger way to think, choose, prepare, and keep going.
The rhythm
01
Each lesson gives participants a clear theme, useful questions, and space to connect the ideas to their own ambitions.
02
Participants work on each lesson for one or two weeks, giving new habits time to move from an idea into action.
03
Weekly or bi-weekly, the group comes together for a 90-minute review and application workshop.
04
Dynamic, interactive workshops turn feedback and inspiration into concrete next actions — and build confidence through participation.

Who makes it possible
Each place on MOC represents a significant investment in a young person — one that can return many times over in the added value they bring to their workplace, family, school, or club.
Invest in emerging talent and the people skills that help a young person contribute.
Give a young person practical support for the next chapter they are shaping.
Show up ready to reflect honestly, try new actions, and take ownership.
